Gabriel Poulino Head Coach & Technical Director

Gabriel Poulino has been appointed as the Head Coach for WinCityFC’s League 1 Championship Team, bringing strong leadership and a deep passion for player development. Having previously served as the Reserve Team Coach, Gabe quickly earned the respect of the players and staff, making him well-equipped to take on this new challenge.

With an impressive background as a player, Gabe is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence both on and off the pitch. As WinCityFC prepares for the upcoming season, he is already working closely with the team and staff to implement strategic plans for success.

Shane Topalovic Assistant Coach & Director of Physical Development

Shane Topalovic is a highly regarded strength and conditioning coach from Windsor, Ontario, recognized for his commitment to athlete development and human performance. With over two decades of hands-on experience, he has coached individuals at every level, including national team athletes, NCAA competitors, and professional sports figures. His approach is rooted in a holistic philosophy that emphasizes not only physical training but also the foundational pillars of wellness such as breathing, hydration, sleep, nutrition, and mindset.

Shane’s coaching style is defined by his passion for continual improvement and his ability to motivate others to push beyond their limits. He believes that training is a lifelong pursuit and encourages his athletes to embrace consistency, discipline, and self-awareness both on and off the field. His reputation is built on integrity, a deep understanding of athletic performance, and a relentless dedication to helping others achieve their goals.

Rob Arce WTFC L3 Technical Director

Rob joins WTFC as L3 Technical Director bringing along his experience and credentials: ATFA Argentine B license;US Soccer National License; ATFA certificate in special tactics and techniques; Member of ATFA Argentinian soccer coaches association,; Vardar Windsor and Vardar Main coach; AMF Futsal license; US Futsal federation license; and received his National Canadian B license.
